These services are designed for emotional, spiritual, and personal growth, and are not a substitute for emergency psychiatric or medical care.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using our site or scheduling a session, you affirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Booking & Payment

Appointments must be booked in advance through our online system or by contacting us directly. Full payment is due at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed upon. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions with notice due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

Refunds and Cancellations:

Clients may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please review specific cancellation policies at the time of booking.

4. Confidentiality & Client Responsibility

All counseling and coaching sessions are confidential, and we follow ethical standards for privacy and discretion. However, confidentiality may be legally broken if:

• A client is in danger of harming themselves or others
• There is suspected abuse or neglect of a child or vulnerable adult
• A court order requires disclosure

Clients are responsible for participating in sessions honestly and respectfully. Our services are most effective when clients are open, committed, and ready to grow.

5. Spiritual and Informational Guidance

Our coaching and counseling integrate Biblical principles and Christian values. While we offer mental health support, we do not provide medical diagnoses, prescribe medications, or operate as a crisis service. Clients are encouraged to seek emergency or specialized care when necessary.

Online resources, devotionals, and digital materials are intended for general spiritual encouragement and should not be construed as personalized clinical advice.

6. Use of Website & Resources

You may use our website and materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, or distribute our content without permission
• Impersonate others or misrepresent information
• Use our site for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to terminate access for any misuse or abuse of our services.
